Is there a setup fee?
No. Set up in minutes, and we're happy to help you get started.
How does per-location pricing work?
Each location has its own review page and QR code, and adds its SMS to your monthly total, which all your locations share. Add or remove locations any time, and your bill adjusts automatically.
What happens if I go over my SMS?
We email you when you've used 80% and 100% of your monthly SMS. At your limit, SMS requests wait until you top up or the new month starts. Email requests keep going, requests set to SMS and email still go by email, and you're never charged extra without choosing to.
Can I change plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time in the app. Changes are prorated on your next invoice.
