Questions
Is it allowed to ask customers for Google reviews?
Yes. Google allows businesses to ask customers for reviews, as long as everyone is asked the same way and nobody is offered a reward. KilaReviews sends every customer the same request, and every step of your review page links to your Google review form.
Do the AI replies post automatically?
No. Every reply is drafted for you and only posted when you approve it.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings > Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the billing month you've paid for, and afterwards you can still log in and export your contacts, reviews and feedback.
What if I have more than one location?
Each location gets its own review page, QR code and reports, and is priced per location.
