Other review sites
Google comes first, but you can also give customers the choice of Facebook, ProductReview, Yellow Pages or another site where you'd like reviews.
How it works
When a customer gives you 4 or 5 stars on your review page, they see the button to leave a Google review. Any other review sites you add show underneath it, as "Review us on Facebook" and so on, in the order you choose. Customers pick one; there's no pressure to do more than that.
Every click is counted. You'll see clicks for each site under Clicks by review site in Reports, and in your monthly summary email.
Adding a site
- In KilaReviews, go to Settings > Locations. Owners can add review sites; everyone on the team can see them.
- Under the location, find Other review sites and click Add review site.
- Choose the site, paste the link (see below) and save. It shows on that location's review page straight away.
- Use the arrows to change the order, the eye to hide a site for a while, or the bin to remove it. Clicks it already had stay in your reports.
Each location has its own list, so a business with several locations can link each one to its own Facebook Page or listing. Up to 8 sites per location.
Finding the right link
- Facebook: your Facebook Page's address with
/reviewson the end, for example facebook.com/yourpage/reviews. Reviews (recommendations) must be turned on for your Page, or customers won't be able to leave one. Check by opening the link while logged out. - ProductReview: your listing's address with
/write-reviewon the end, for example productreview.com.au/listings/your-business/write-review. - Yellow Pages: your listing's address on yellowpages.com.au. Customers leave a review from your listing.
- Another site (for example TrueLocal or Houzz): choose Other site, give it a name and paste the page where customers review you. You can add a small square icon; without one, the site's initials are shown. Houzz prefers that you ask through its own Get Reviews tool, so check its rules before adding it.
Links must start with https://. KilaReviews checks that a Facebook, ProductReview or Yellow Pages link really is on that site.
Sites you can't add, and why
- Trustpilot: its rules don't allow review invitations that only customers who rated you well will see, which is how the review page shows these links.
- Yelp: Yelp asks businesses not to ask anyone for reviews, and filters out reviews it thinks were requested.
- hipages: only customers who hired you through hipages can review you there.
- Oneflare: closed in 2026 and now part of Airtasker, so its links no longer work.
Good practice
- Never offer a discount, gift or prize for a review, on any site. Most review sites ban it, and it can mislead other customers.
- Don't ask for a particular star rating, and never write reviews for yourself or ask staff or family to.
- Reply to reviews on each site from that site's own business tools. KilaReviews syncs and drafts replies for Google reviews only.
